
I’ve said this before, and I’m going to say it again. You can always make something from the items in your fridge and pantry. I don’t believe that there’s nothing to make in the house when you’re missing ingredients. You just have to think a little harder. Create a dish from the ingredients that you already have.
I have leftover rice very often. I always make too much. Instead of throwing it out, I create a new dish from it. I usually add tuna or canned salmon and some veggies to the rice, add some mayo, and voilà, your meal is ready.
Ingredients
- Leftover Rice (or just make some rice)
- Canned Tuna
- Mayonnaise
- Salt
- Italian Seasoning
- Dry Dill (or fresh)
- Onion Powder
- Imitation Crab
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Canned Corn
- Fresh Tomato

Method
- Chop up all the veggies and imitation crab.
- Add all of it to the rice.
- Add some mayo and spices.
- Mix everything together thoroughly.
Dig into your quickly made meal!
